el alma

the soul

Welcome! my name is Fátima Alvarenga, but most people call me Ti. I started santí as a way to share my personal yoga practice and everything it’s given me.

The idea came after a trip to my mom’s village, Santiago de María, El Salvador, where I was reminded that soul work should feel familiar, not distant.

santí is a personal practice, shared.

santí is based in Canada but it’s not a studio or a product. It’s something you feel. In the palo santo, the yoga, in the way our community holds space. It’s love. My love. And, some of yours, too.

Whether we’re flowing, breathing, or grounding, the mission stays the same ~ to spread love through yoga.

xx Ti

“Fátima is a lovely and devoted soul in the Ottawa yoga space. Her thoughtfully choreographed practices soften the mind and spirit. She offers options and alternatives to her sequences, which makes for an inclusive environment. Having the opportunity to practice yoga alongside her caring instructions is an act of self-love.”

“Elevated and Enlightened was such a positive experience for me. I have honestly been raving about it since it happened. It was very well executed and a safe space for beginners in yoga in the Ottawa area.”
