10/5 stars! The breakfast was absolutely bomb—so much food, and we could eat as much as we wanted. Everything was delicious, and everyone went back for seconds! The yoga/workout was such a fun and challenging experience, but also super peaceful and easy to adjust to your own limits—definitely a 10/10 for that too. And there was a Thai masseuse giving out free massages?! You guys cannot miss the next event—seriously, DON’T miss out!

I’m still speechless when I think about the experience. I knew I needed healing but hadn’t realized to which extent until Fátima’s yoga and Pamela’s sound bath, both made me experience unfamiliar feelings. I was extremely vulnerable throughout the experience but it was an amazing feeling. Never would I have thought I’d be this open and comfortable during my first experience. They both also have soothing voices which makes you feel at peace. I’m already looking forward to the next event :’)

Fátima is a lovely and devoted soul in the Ottawa yoga space. Her thoughtfully choreographed practices soften the mind and spirit. She offers options and alternatives to her sequences, which makes for an inclusive environment. Having the opportunity to practice yoga alongside her caring instructions is an act of self-love.
