By signing this waiver, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch at hi@santibyti.com. acknowledgement and assumption of risk — I acknowledge that participating in santí by ti corp. experiences involves inherent risks. I understand that these activities, which may include yoga, meditation, wellness workshops, outdoor events, and psychoactive-enhanced practices, require physical and mental engagement. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved, which may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, psychological stress, and environmental conditions during outdoor activities. I willingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that I may incur as a result of participating in these experiences. release and waiver of liability — In consideration of my participation in santí by ti corp. experiences, I hereby release and discharge santí, its facilitators, employees, and affiliated partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in these activities. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless santí by ti corp. and its representatives against any claims arising from my participation or use of equipment provided during the experiences. medical disclaimer — I understand that experiences offered by santí by ti corp. are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. I acknowledge that: • I should consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new wellness regimen, especially if I have pre-existing health conditions or concerns. • I am responsible for monitoring my physical and mental condition throughout the experience and will stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain. • I will inform the facilitator of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect my ability to participate in santí by ti corp. experiences. health and fitness acknowledgment — I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in santí by ti corp. experiences. I acknowledge that engaging in physical activities such as yoga, wellness workshops, or other related experiences requires me to be aware of my physical condition. I agree to stop any activity immediately if I experience discomfort or pain and consult a healthcare provider if necessary. I accept full responsibility for monitoring my condition throughout the experience and will inform the facilitator of any health concerns prior to the start of the session. spiritual practices — I understand that santí by ti corp. incorporates various spiritual practices into its experiences, which may involve the use of items such as palo santo, incense, crystals, sound healing, and other holistic tools. I acknowledge the following: • Voluntary Participation: My engagement in these spiritual practices is entirely voluntary. I understand that the effectiveness and benefits of such practices are subjective and may vary for each individual. • Assumption of Risk: I am aware that these practices may involve sensory stimulation or symbolic actions, and I assume all associated risks, including potential allergic reactions, discomfort, or personal interpretations of these practices. • Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that santí by ti corp. and its facilitators are not liable for any physical or emotional outcomes resulting from participation in these spiritual practices. I take full responsibility for any effects or personal experiences related to these practices. photography and social media — I acknowledge that santí by ti corp. may capture photographs or videos during experiences for marketing and promotional purposes. While every effort will be made not to include identifiable images of my face, by participating, I grant santí by ti corp. the right to use any photographs or recordings taken during the experiences. These images may be shared on santí by ti corp’s social media platforms and other promotional materials. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify the team before the experience begins, and they will do their utmost to accommodate my request. enhanced practice — I understand that santí by ti corp. may offer experiences involving optional substances, including but not limited to cannabis, psilocybin (mushrooms), cacao, or other plant medicines intended to enhance the practice. I acknowledge the following: • Compliance with Laws: I confirm that I am of legal age and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations concerning the use of such substances in Ontario. • Voluntary Participation: My participation in substance-enhanced experiences is entirely voluntary, and I accept full responsibility for my decision to partake. I understand the potential effects and risks associated with these substances and have consulted with a healthcare professional if necessary. • Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that santí by ti corp. and its facilitators are not liable for any adverse effects or injuries resulting from my participation in these enhanced practices. I am solely responsible for managing my physical and mental state during these experiences. outdoor activity — I acknowledge that santí by ti corp. offers outdoor experiences that may involve exposure to natural environments. I understand and agree to the following: • Assumption of Environmental Risks: Outdoor experiences may expose participants to environmental conditions such as uneven terrain, weather changes, allergens, and wildlife. I accept these risks and agree to take necessary precautions to ensure my safety. • Release of Liability: I acknowledge that santí by ti corp. and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from environmental factors during outdoor experiences. I voluntarily release santí from any related liability. food and dietary considerations — By participating in santí by ti corp. experiences, I acknowledge that any food provided is done so with the intention of enhancing my experience. If food is included, I agree to inform santí by ti corp. in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities. While every effort is made to accommodate various needs, the absence of allergens or cross-contact with restricted ingredients cannot be guaranteed. I accept full responsibility for my dietary choices and any associated risks. age requirement — I understand that participants must be 19 years of age or older to participate in santí by ti corp. experiences. By signing this waiver, I confirm that I meet this age requirement. cancellation and rescheduling policy — I understand that all sales for santí by ti corp. experiences are final. • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for store credit only, which can be applied to future experiences. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for credit or refund. santí by ti corp. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule experiences due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or facilitator availability. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date. I understand that santí by ti corp. is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or governmental actions.
